Scope rule error for Yes/No Value

I ran into an issue when trying to setup a Yes/No datatype as a scope in my MOSS environment. I created a managed property "ECM-Tax-IsRecord" bound to ows_isrecord and made sure to make it available for scope use:

When I created the rule in my new scope it yielded an error under Item Count:

I am running MOSS IU with SP2 being deployed

in the coming weeks.

No official response from MS yet, but from what I gather you can only use text fields in managed property scope rules.
